Chapter 3 My Musical Journey
I never thought I would write a book. I have always been a writer, but I wrote music instead of novels. This book is a story about how I stared fear itself in the face. And said fuck you, I ain't afraid anymore.
Since I was 9 years old. I have sang my heart out. It all started when Linkin Park released their hit 'Crawling'. That's where the fun began for me.
Let me start with the lyrics to my song Immortal. 'I see reality, mindless fuck whits with sheep mentality. That is exactly what i mean.
This isn't directed at you. It's directed at the idea of capitalism vs. Socialism. The world is constantly force-fed bullshit music, bullshit TV and bullshit Politics.
Driving down the highway at 70 miles an hour. The radio is on and you hear the same, boring, processed shit playing over and over again with repetitive hooks to lock into your head.
Just like this book. Only I want to genuinely help people with depression, or the 16 million people who can't get £100 by the end of today.
You want to provide for your family. You can promote this book yourself and earn money with it. If you like it that much. Which I hope you do, because this book is about success. I have already succeeded, I just need to better my personality. Which, my goal is to tell you I believe in you, too.
'Immortal' - What the song means
So far, Immortal is my favoured track to my audience. My listeners engage with that song the most. Because the message is a very simple one. I will never die, even when I do.
I already felt like I have to be honest. 'Immortal' is about inner strength and determination that each and every one of us have. It's an amazing feeling when you know you're going to be someone.
Even if everyone else doesn't believe you. But remember, I do believe in you.
'Immortal' lyrics 'better hold on tight mother fucker, welcome to my world'. We should all know this means that we should live in a world with no war, no hate, no racism, no criminals. Just rid the world of shitty people in a positive way.
The first track of my EP took me 1 full year to produce and release. And it was worth the wait. 'Immortal' is probably the song that you listen to a know it's me. I love that song myself. And I poured everything I got into it.
'The gates of hell are opening up, and i'm gonna watch you burn. Better hold on tight mother fucker, welcome to my world'. Those lyrics describe that song best.
The song is about redefining yourself. To become something better with no option 2. 'I can not die, I will survive...you'll never take me alive'.
King - Song Meaning
King was inspired by the thought of leading. I want to be a leader, and so do you. Anyone has the potential to do anything, it just depends on how good you are.
This song also tells my story of how scared I am right now. In a mental institution with nothing but a window, a bed, a shower, a toilet with no seat on it, and a laptop to write this very tale.
opening lyric 'kneel before the crown'. Hopefully, you'll get the message that this is a very political song. Kneel before the crown is basically what the Government want us to do on a daily basis. Kneel before me and kiss my feet.
'Never back down'. Put into context, this means stand up for what you believe in. Even though there are shit heads in Government, you can still open the door to a world of opportunity.
I remember one of my Blog posts put the microphone to the fact that Apple, multi-billion dollar company, only paid 1% tax one year. So they paid less tax than you, even though they make one million lifetimes of cash. Money you could only dream of making.
'You justify your disease'. This lyric basically means that Governments make all these policies that only go in their favour. Never ours. So we must take it upon ourselves to live our own funded lives. Start a business. Go to college/university open days and make something of yourself.
